LOS ANGELES--a slippery struggle emerged between the manufacturer of high range latex clothing worn by Katy Perry, Lady Gaga and a former employee turned competitor.
The Inc. storekeeper continued Abigail Greydanus at Los Angeles Superior Court Thursday, saying that it is using some of his drawings and disrupted his business relationship with Perry.
Storekeeper is the author of a high range called SYREN latex clothing line. The company says the line SYREN created adjusted combinations that have appeared in such as "The Watchmen," "batman returns" and "Men in Black ii.".
The company seeks an injunction blocking Greydanus from the sale of latex clothing and costumes, saying that it is using drawings, that it has acquired during his almost three years as an assembler of latex.
Greydanus does not immediately return a message from e-mail seeking comment.
