Palin's restraining order for man Penn. extended

An injunction against a Pennsylvania 19 - year - old man accused of stalking Sarah Palin has been extended for six months, after the testimony of the 2008 Republican vice presidential candidate that she feared for the safety of herself, her family and friends.

Palin testified by telephone that she believe Shawn Christy of McAdoo sent a signal clear when he made a one-day visit to Alaska on his birthday in February. She also said she feared that parents of Christy because their claims that she had a relationship with the young person in 2009 sexting.

"I think that when he went to Alaska on my birthday, he did so he could prove that he had the means to do so," she said. "" "". "I think that contact repeated his and his parents loved me to get me to respond to their false and very, very bizarre allegations is a - obviously a problem - on their end.".

At the hearing on Monday, however, a magistrate of the Court dismissed the applications for preventive orders against Shawn Christy filed by the father of Palin, Chuck Heath, and her friend, Kristan Cole, saying that the two is not to take part in the hearing on Monday. Palin Attorney, John Tiemessen, said Heath could be on the hunting of bears in southeastern Alaska and Cole was travelling by airplane.

Magistrate Jonathon Lack rejected an application for protection-order by Cole against the father of Christy, Craig, for the same reason. Lack has refused the request of Cole for a protection order against the mother of Shawn Christy, Karen Christy, last month. But he said the family of Christy Monday than any other contact with Heath or Cole could lead to a prohibition order.

Lack also issued an order of prohibition to Palin against Craig Christy, which includes protection for parents and the Palin Cole. The Palin protection order against Shawn Christy protects both of his parents and Cole.

Craig Christy was accused of leaving the numerous harassment telephone messages for parents of Palin and communicating with children of Cole on Facebook.

Palin and Cole original prohibition orders against Shawn Christy received last year, saying that he was threatened, sent a receipt for a purchase of weapons fire and it a buy a ticket one way in Alaska.

The Christys, who do not have an attorney, a also participate in the hearing on Monday by telephone.

Lack each of them has an opportunity to question the Palin. Shawn Christy asked Palin if she was aware of the threats to him and he made him when she was Governor of emails, to which Palin responded, it was the work of the Governor security detail. Christy said the threats were "stupid jokes" to attract attention. He said that his life is difficult because it deals with complications of Lyme disease.

Christy has also recognized to send threatening messages in 2009, President of Barack Obama and Republican Senator John McCain, who has chosen to Palin as his running mate in the presidential race the previous year. Christy was apprehended by the authorities in Washington, D.C., two years ago. At the request of the secret service, he underwent a psychiatric evaluation, which concluded that Christy had a sense of magnitude that "could turn a little paranoid," according to court documents.

Christy said someone claiming to be a 15-year-old daughter started texts him after he began to send these messages. He said that he thought that the text was the application of the Act or Palin. His parents believe that it was Palin, which triggered numerous telephone calls to the parents of Palin, according to court documents.
