Jermaine Dupri brought an action on the child support

An Atlanta-area woman continues Jermaine Dupri, producer of the music on the child support missed after a judge recently ordered him to pay him.


Fulton Dorsey of Margaret for the County Superior Court judge said the producer won a Grammy in March to pay additional $ 7,500 and $ 2,500 per month to Sarai Jones, based on the results of a paternity test.


Jones Attorney, Randy Kessler, said Jones hopes that she and Dupri "can work together to co-parent their beautiful little girl," who is 7 months old.


Dupri lawyer, James Kane, refused to comment on.


The trial was filed at the time when Dupri is facing financial difficulties. His mansion was for foreclosure and together to be auctioned last week, but the sale was cancelled at the last minute.


Records WSB - TV obtained by the Department of revenue of Georgia, saying that Dupri owed the State more than $493,000 back taxes for 2007.


Based off the coast of its revenues from 2006, Forbes.com reported that Dupri was one of the top support in hip hop, taking home $ 12 million.


Dupri has produced hits for artists including Usher and Mariah Carey, and was a seven year relationship with singer R & B Janet Jackson which ended a few years ago. He lives in the Atlanta area.
