Lindsay Lohan wants to register a no advocacy of competition at the end a criminal case filed a $ 2,500 declared stolen necklace, a close source of actress, said Saturday.

The source, who is familiar with the criminal case of Lohan but was not permitted to comment publicly, said that the actress wants to put the case behind it, so that she could concentrate on his career.

In a trial match zero, Lohan would not admit guilt, and it was not immediately clear whether she would face any additional penalty. Actress has already been sentenced to four months in prison for violation of probation related to the case of theft. She is free on bail.

Prosecutors in February accused Lohan of felony grand theft on allegations that she took the collar of Kamofie & Co., a jewelry store near home of actress in the neighbourhood of Venice in Los Angeles. The charge was reduced week last by the judge of the superior court Los Angeles Stephanie Sautner.

The authorities say that the theft took place about three weeks after that Lohan, 24, was released from the Court ordered rehab at the Betty Ford Center.

Lohan Wizard turned the necklace to the authorities after the police obtained a search warrant to retrieve Lohan House, but before the detectives have been able to perform the search.

Sautner said during an April 22 hearing that she thought that the actions of brazen Lohan, but that she did not believe that the case a criminal prosecution because many other cases involving more serious allegations are reduced to misdemeanors.

Danette Meyers Deputy District Attorney said she thought that the decision was a "abuse of discretion" and his Office can appeal, but no challenge has yet been made.

A little more than a week ago, Sautner sentenced for Lohan to 120 days in jail and 500 hours of community service for violating the terms of his probation by taking the necklace. Lohan was on probation for a 2007 drunken driving case.

She leaves to pursue an appeal but has not yet filed a formal request to try to get the reduced sentence.
