Nicolas Cage will not prosecuted for his arrest month last in New Orleans, those reports.

"After their investigation, the RDR was denied all charges against Nick and the case has been closed," Cage of the Attorney, Harry Rosenberg, told the magazine.

April 16 of 47-year old actor was charged with disturbing the peace and violence after going into a fight with his wife, Alice Kim. It has been reserved in the Orleans Parish Prison and released later in the day.

"We are pleased that the process has led to a correct result, despite inaccurate reports and that Nick has been erased and all charges have been dropped," said Rosenberg.
