NASHVILLE, Tennessee - star Jason Aldean country is not only the top candidate for CMT Music Awards, this year, it will also show.
Fellow candidates Lady Antebellum, Keith Urban, Rascal Flatts and Sugarland are also among the first artists announced for the show.
This marks the 10th anniversary of the show was voted the fan awards. It will be broadcast live on Wednesday, June 8, Nashville. Until then, fans can choose their favorites on CMT.com through June 7.
Aldean has four nominations, including a blink of an eye for the video of the year. Lady A, Rascal Flatts and Sugarland each have three nominations and are in competition against Aldean for first prize. Urban is for two awards, including male video of the year and the performance of the year CMT.
