The judge who sentenced O.J. Simpson in the prison of plans of taking over for Nancy Grace in the television show syndicated "rapid Justice."
Clark County Justice of the Court of District Jackie Glass, the star of the former football player who was sentenced to nine to 33 years in prison for armed robbery and kidnapping in 2008, presented his resignation to the Governor of Nevada, Tuesday, his clerk, Elana Roberto, told Associated Press.

Grace said in a CBS Television Distribution release which she left after the first season because it is relocating production to Los Angeles in Atlanta.
