"something borrowed" tease from the film credits

NEW YORK - moviegoers who remained for the credits in the romantic comedy "Something borrowed" in its opening weekend in box office received a bonus: a tease for a further possible starring Kate Hudson and John Krasinski.

"Something borrowed," based on the bestseller of the same name novel by Emily Giffin is a young woman, played by Ginnifer Goodwin, who falls for the bride of his best friend.

Giffin has written a follow-up book called "Something blue," which continues the story from the point of view of the best friend, interpreted by Hudson.

Krasinski plays a friend of long standing characters Goodwin and Hudson.

The additional scene at the end of the credits over the weekend showed Hudson and Krasinski in London with the text "to continue."

In a recent interview, Giffin said producers did not have a script for "blue", but it had "complete optimism" the second film would be done. She said the chemistry between Krasinski and Hudson, "it's fantastic."

At press junket in Los Angeles last month, Krasinski said, "would certainly make the suite if they did." I think that we expect to see. I hope that this happens. ?

Hudson agreed, saying: "I think probably we will make one."

Warner Bros., says that a decision on another film was not made.

"something borrowed" came in fourth in debut of ticketing, with at least 14 million in its opening weekend.
